A Prison Rape Elimination Act
(PREA) Audit will be held at the Christian Acres Youth Center on the
dates of October 15th – 18th, 2024. The PREA
Auditor will be onsite and available to meet during those days. If

NOTICE
THIS INSTITUTION IS UNDERGOING A
PRISON RAPE ELIMINATION ACT (PREA) COMPLIANCE AUDIT
The Christian Acres Youth Center will be audited to determine
compliance with the federal PREA Standards.
Information relevant to this institution’s compliance
with the federal PREA standards is requested and should be submitted
to the auditor using the contact information below at least seven
(7) days prior to the onsite portion of the audit.
CONFIDENTIALITY
– All correspondence and disclosures during interviews with the
auditor are confidential and will not be disclosed unless required
by law. There are exceptions when confidentiality must be legally
broken. Exceptions include, but are not limited to the following:

if any person is an immediate danger to themself or others (e.g.
suicide or homicide); allegations of suspected child abuse,
neglect or maltreatment.

legal
proceedings where information has been subpoenaed by a court of
appropriate jurisdiction.
The PREA auditor will be at the facility to conduct the audit from
October 15, 2024 – October 18, 2024.
If institutional staff, visitors, contractors, or
incarcerated persons want to provide information or talk with the
