Visitation Policy

**VISITATION GUIDELINES**

Visitation is a vital part of family contact and can be held after 14 days or their first staffing.  Visitation is conducted each Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for parents and/or legal guardians.  Residents are allowed only three (3) persons per visit/per day.  All visits must be scheduled with your Case Manager before 4:00 p.m. on Friday.  Parents/legal guardians wishing to take a resident off-campus during their visit must make this request at the time the visit is scheduled.  All residents may have off campus visits after 45 days and achieving Level II.  All off- campus visits are subject to administrative review.

VISITATION RULES

• Check in with staff upon arrival.

• There will be designated areas of visitation for on-campus visitors.

• If permitted to have an off-campus visit, guardian must make sure resident adheres to Christian Acres Rules and abides by state laws and residents must return by 5 pm.

• No tobacco, firearms, alcohol, drugs, bags, cell phones or food is permitted during on-campus visits.

• No obscene or abusive language permitted.

• If any rules are violated, visitor may be asked to leave campus and the proper authorities notified.

• We ask that you maintain the confidentiality of all of our residents.
